The first album by the Polish-Japanese quartet, led by the drummer Albert Karch and bassist Yuta Omino is filled with compositions by both leaders and collective improvisations. The idea for the band came from Albert's fascination with Japanese music and culture and Yuta's love towards European jazz and improvised music. It seemed very exciting to make these inspirations come to existence and start a project that will resemble those feelings and allow the musicians to become a musical link for the two far countries. The music was recorded in only one day during a concert tour in Tokyo and has been founded through a successful crowdfunding campaign in Japan. 晴れ stands for blue sky and sunny weather and the composed pieces are dedicated to this Japanese word.
